I became a Realtor in 2010. I love my job! There is something magical about putting someone in a home. Over the years I have been consulted many times about the things that are necessary to make a house “market ready.” I noted with my listings that the ones that were the cleanest, with staged decorating, were the ones that sold the most quickly and for the highest price. I felt so confident in the importance of home staging that I would often pay for it for my sellers. I spent thousands of dollars paying stagers to come in and make a home beautiful. My sellers appreciated it, but this was not cost effective for me. I also noticed that sometimes the furniture was not good quality and scheduling could be difficult. I started collecting my own pieces. I soon had to get a storage unit...and then another. This expanded into a warehouse. I began refurbishing furniture. I read journal articles and took many staging classes. In 2022 I enrolled in the Interior Design Program at Dallas College. I understood how to better incorporate Color Theory and Design Functionality. I became proficient at making a home look market ready and then I decided to offer my services not just for my sellers, but to market the business for others. My pricing is fair and reasonable, and I promise your home will sell faster and for more money if it is staged. My son and nephews are the labor, and we are a family unit that takes pride in our ability to make a home beautiful.
